Bulk Purchase policy

Order

The minimum order quantity is 30 and minimum wholesale purchase amount is not fixed. All product and their discount changes are seasonable.

Discounts

At times, we promote items for a percentage off or a reduced shipping rate to our retail customers. These offers do not apply to wholesale orders but only fix discount - 50% is applicable that you may receive at the time of check out.

Shipping

The estimated delivery time of international orders is within 6-8 working days approx. including quality checking. Please note that delivery time may vary under a few circumstances such as product replacement or no availability.  

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We only ship to that shipping address that you entered while placing the order & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.

Return/Refund

If the product of your choice is "out of stock", Product refund generates within 7 working days approx. If a return is accepted then buyer get a full or partial refund depends on the claim. After receiving the parcel, the products of order send to the warehouse to verify with help of quality checking team then refund will be reflected within 7 working days approx. into your account that you used while placing the order.

Damaged Items

Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is not possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them. If the product is damaged or wrong, the buyer gets refund according to the claim. If it is not damaged and not as described as per description, the support team will work with customer depends on nature of case and provide a resolution accordingly to maintain good relation with the buyer.

Please notify us within 7 business days once receive your package if there is anything wrong with your order. We cannot honor changes outside of the time frames, as stated within our policies.

Replacement/ cancellation/modify

It is not possible to replace/cancel/modify the product. If you wish to cancel an order, you need to contact us on support@sareeo.clothing along with order no. in order to cancel. Please note that cancellation is possible until it is not shipped and cancellation charges (20% of order amount) are applicable according to the policy.
