SareeO offers a fast and friendly return or refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress.
Any products shipped by SareeO can be returned within 7 Days from delivery date of products for following cases.
- Products which you received in "Damaged/Defective/Broken" condition
- Products which is not as per "Description/Photo" on the website
- Products which you may not like for the "Quality/Color/Design" related issue
- Go to the website - www.sareeo.com, and log in to your account.
- Click on support tab which is available at the top side of the website or sends an Email with order Number and mentions the reason along with pictures of the products that you received and click on submit.
- Your case will be investigated by support staff and a solution will be given to you according to the policy.
- After receiving return acceptance from SareeO support, return the parcel with order no and share receipt/tracking details on email once you post.
- Intimation of the parcel will be given to you immediately after receiving the return products.
- Refund will be initiated once we receive the products.
- If the product of your choice is out of stock, product refund generates within 7 working days approx.
- If a return is accepted then buyer get a full or partial refund depends on the claim.
- If the product is damaged or wrong, the buyer gets refunds according to the claim. If the product is not damaged and not as described in the website, the support team will work with customer depends on nature of the case and provide resolution accordingly to maintain good relation with the valuable buyer.
- After receiving the parcel, the products of order transfer to the warehouse to verify with help of quality checking team then a refund will be reflected within 7 working days approx. into your account.
- For any concern just do Email us on Support@sareeo.clothing within 7 days from delivery date of products and without any confirmation, we can’t help you.
- Do not return the products before receiving the confirmation from SareeO. No guarantee will be provided for credit or replacement of the product for non-acceptance of returned parcel.
- Please note that any custom stitched product/order Or Customer made product/order exclusively for the particular valued customer will not be considered for return or refund.
- Please mention the ORDER NO. on parcel while you send the package ELSE WE WON’T ACCEPT THE RETURN and share receipt/tracking details once you post.
