SareeO will ensure that the products are delivered in a timely manner to our customers with great care and good conditions. We do shipping in India or internationally with help of express courier service like DHL, FedEx, Aramex, DTDC or India Post to reach out the destination in a timely manner.
- A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after verification.
- As soon as the Items are ready, it is handed over to the courier company. Once order ship, tracking details are being provided on registered Email ID. Tracking numbers for Orders shipped might take around 24 business hours to become active on the courier websites.
- The estimated delivery time of international orders is within 6-8 working days approx. including quality checking. However, we will do our best to support your request.
- Please note that delivery time may vary under a few circumstances such as product replacement or non-availability Or If there is an unusual delay in filling an order, Email notification sent to customers. Due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No Refund, Returns, Replacement & Exchange will be entertained for this reason.
- VAT/ Custom process is not our control. VAT/ Custom taxes / Import duties are not included in order processing so this amount is payable by the buyer.
- Customer needs to pay octroi to the courier company if requested in Cities (Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivili, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri & Chinchwad, Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune, Akola). SareeO is not responsible for any octroi payments.
- We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies. In some cases where the Pincode/Zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed to deliver the shipment. If service is not available in your area, we get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location where service is available by our courier partners.
